It’s been a busy ten days since I last posted.
I spent Friday making videos – one of them being a “talk to camera”. I’m still nervous when I do those, but getting more relaxed with each one that I do.
The others were screencasts – training with me doing things on the screen and talking about it. It took a while to conquer the tech requirements (I’m using OBS Studio) but I’m much more at home doing these. It’s the same as the adult training I’ve done for years.
That confidence didn’t stop me from recording a whole 10 minutes with no sound being captured. Doh! I will have to make that video again.
I’ve been doing extensive networking (via connecting with people on LinkedIn) and have seen some small sprouts of hope there – and have perhaps gained one new client.
All in all, a good week.
