I started this online journal on January 18 this year. At the time, I intended to write a post once a week.
But of course, I didn’t quite meet that goal. I’ve done 27 posts though – and am still at it. I’ll take that as a win.
As I sit here now, it is two weeks to Christmas, more or less. More importantly, it’s just over a week to the summer solstice. The weather is warm, and a holiday approaches.
I feel as thought I should be writing a long retrospective post about the year I’ve had, since I said it was a journey I was on. But I’m still working and a bit close to the coalface… a wrap-up awaits.
