When you are organised, there are few surprises. But sometimes life delivers a little something.
On that business trip for the Day Job, it turns out that the Rosebank hotel where I am staying offers free drinks and snacks between 5pm and 7pm. So it’s red wine and nuts on the patio on a very pleasant Jozi evening for me. At home in Cape Town, it’s lashing down with rain, so I’m told by my informants there. Now the hot snacks just arrived. What a nice place.
