What should employers be doing about the young people they hire in the age of generative AI?

Training people is always a two-way street: a look at what’s been learned in the training room about who is using Gen AI, and how.

It’s now a known thing that tools like ChatGPT “hallunicinate” (ie make things up). But how do you fact-check the stuff they say?

We live in a world where articles and pictures and videos can be generated by a machine. Do we want to go down the detective road?
